A retired couple with a passion for travel wanted a comfortable space where they could host their growing family and put their impressive collection of worldly artifacts on display. I designed the entire house —from modern kitchen finishes to colorful furnishings to the mother-in-law suite, all the way down to the bedding and bathroom towels and accessories. The pièce de résistance is a 20-foot gallery wall that showcases the client’s beloved collection of art and artifacts collected from regions all over the world.
