For this redesign of a 1940s farmhouse, the homeowners wanted a ‘wow factor’ in every room. I selected a fabric for the vibrant, colorful paisley drapery with splashes of orange, yellow, blue and green to inspire the color palette throughout the home. Unexpected touches—including the staircase mural of a tree commissioned by a local artist—were incorporated to add a youthful feel and whimsical flair.
