The historic mansion located in downtown Denver was ready for a new look. In the 70’s the home was divided into multiple condominiums. This unit is the penthouse on the top floor.
A space planning challenge for sure given the pitched roof throughout the home. Every inch of available space was captured to create as much storage as possible and under-counter refrigerators and freezers were utilized to keep the space looking clean and slick.
A window in the primary bathroom shower was covered to create privacy and the enlarged skylight allows natural light to fill the space.
